What we do with your data:
If you complete our ‘Contact Us’ form, you are not obliged to enter any/all fields. The information you provide is to enable us to reply to your building survey and/or valuation enquiry. We will only use your personal data for the purposes you have permitted. We will not share it for marketing purposes outside of Survey Spain unless you have given us permission to do so.
Retention Period.
We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
If you instruct us to undertake a building survey and/or valuation report, we are obliged by the tax authorities to have a name, address and identity no. (Spanish NIE or any nationality passport) for the invoice. It is compulsory for us to keep these records for the tax authorities for 6 years.
