not the legals, Fx, removals, furniture, etc, so why are Building Condition Surveys/Home Inspections not standard for all property buyers? It’s where they dream to live in comfort and trouble free for years and years.

Survey Spain act 100% for our clients, inspecting the building, which is what the big money is being spent on, and give a full Report. “What we see is what you get” – we don’t hide anything. The lawyers can give 100% correct paperwork, and all the others can act correctly, but it’s the building that’s being bought and lived in. It’s vital that it is inspected so the buyer knows what they are taking on.

Don’t buy somebody else’s problems.

The buyer is paying us and is our client, while the estate agent is paid by the seller, with nothing if the sale doesn’t go ahead, so there is always pressure on them to get the deal done.

As a client has said, “We consider the money spent more of an investment into our peace of mind that we are making a good choice, rather than a cost”.

(The photos show damp a basement, which was unlocked only when we insisted, and the cracking is the side of the house, away from the front door!)
