There’s been rumours of lack of connection space for all the developments being built around us all.
Unfortunately, it appears to be true.

They are all coloured red in Costa del Sol as far as I can see. So make sure that when you are selling that new development that your client will be able to plug into a direct supply and not be served by the much lesser capacity of the builder’s supply, which could be turned off when they leave.
