Campbell Ferguson of Survey Spain at the OPP Awards“A wonderful resource for the overseas property industry.”

That was the verdict of the judges of the Overseas Property Professional, ‘Awards for Excellence 2011’, who presented Survey Spain with the award for ‘Best Overseas Property Business’ at the annual Property Investor Show & OPP Live, held at the Excel Centre in London on the 13th of October.

Chosen by an independent industry panel from a large number of companies across the world, Survey Spain was highlighted for its technical know-how, market knowledge and longstanding reputation for integrity – all factors that allow it to provide a first-class professional service and help it save its clients money.

OPP can choose from a very impressive long list of companies, with its global network of members in real estate and related fields, so it’s a great honour to win this award,” said founding partner of Survey Spain, Campbell Ferguson. “We have been working in Spain for many years, striving to provide a quality service to our clients and represent the professionalism and values of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors here, and I’m very glad to receive such recognition.”

Indeed, the panel of industry leaders had this to say about Survey Spain:

“Survey Spain is a wonderful resource for the overseas property industry. They charge fees for their work in the same way as lawyers and accountants, but they are far more useful! It is easy to see how Survey Spain’s knowledge and advice has saved its clients many times the cost of the service. Agents and developers would be well advised to work in close partnership with an operation like Survey Spain to give clients a high level of independent expertise, and make them feel reassured. Here is a gold-standard operation that can take away so much hassle and uncertainty.”
